NS 3820 (ex-CR 6959, ex-PC 6959)
NS' ex-Conrail nee-PC SD38 is now back in black but thisn't PC black but the black of the NS. Its kind of ironic this was a PC unit that returned to black with white lettering but just not the PC black and white.

Ron Moraca	General	Ken, I hated the PC, but I love the NS. Go figure!! Their livery's nearly identical, but NS' locomotives are mostly clean and all are well maintained, where the PC's units failed miserably on both accounts. Remarkable photo!!!!
