No, your totally wrong. It was the last SD18 purchased by the DMIR. Its nose was chopped and it was re-powerpacked.

Okay now, the easiest way to differentiate between the sd-9 and the sd-18 is right behind the cab. The sd-18 is boxed instead of chamfered (rounded).

I was told that anyway. I've also heard the "boxed" section is a shop rebuild also so who knows?
