Waters. Here is an original photo that I took of a Pennsylvania Railroad train in Altoona, Pennsylvania, during mid-February of 1966. Shown here (R to L) is PRR engine #6034 and two other units whose numbers are not legible. #6034 is an EF-25A built by EMD in 1965 and rated at 2,500 horsepower. They are pulling an eastbound mixed-cargo freight train past SLOPE Tower into Altoona. The homes in the background are situated along 10th Avenue. |
