Waters. Here is an original photo that I took at the Pennsylvania Railroad's Horseshoe Curve near Altoona, Pennsylvania, during mid-February of 1966. Shown here are Mr. John F. Waters and my pet dog "Millie." They are standing in front of PRR N-6B Cabin Car #980901, built in August of 1916. It was placed there to remember and honor the many thousands of men and women who labored in the Altoona Works over the years. |
