| Long story short, a Walt Disney Studios film made before Disneyland was built, used an identical depot which was then relocated to Ward Kimball's Grizzly Flats Narrow Gauge Railroad. When Walt began construction of Disneyland he wanted Ward to give him the depot back. Ward refused, so Walt had WED build the exact same depot again for use at Disneyland... The telegraph noise in the background famously transcribes the opening day address of Disneyland into Morse Code. |
