| NYC 47037 was a double door boxcar in the former C&O yard in Huntington, WV in either 1979 or 1980, several years after Conrail was formed and at least 11 years after the PRR-NYC merger into Penn Central. This car still has solid bearing trucks. The damage to the car side is obvious. The car number has just about faded away. |
