| RE-UPLOAD due to missing file. UP #DC-3 rail detector car, built by Brill in 1928 as a Model 350 motorcar for the Detroit & Mackinac as #201, sold in 1952 to Teleweld, Inc., and rebuilt in December of that year to a detector car as #TC-100, resold to the UP in April 1954 as #DC-3/#03000, rebuilt and renumbered to #903000 in August 1961, rebuilt again sometime before 1984, retired in December 1986 and sold for scrap. Scanned with an Epson V550 from an original Kodachrome 35mm slide. Date is approximate. Photographer is unknown. |
