That isn't the ex-BEDT 15. That particular Thomas was built from scratch at the SRC shops. It's basically a flatcar disguised as an engine.

After speaking with an official on the Strasburg and submitting this picture, he confirmed that this is indeed BEDT 15

No, Mike is right... there are 5 others exactly like that one, but there is one that is just a rebuild of BEDT 15, except it has actual drive rods and cylinders, unlike Thomas.
