Description:  Chicago & North Western Railway GP7R 4281 about to cross Canal Street on the ICG's Saint Charles Air Line in Chicago, Illinois on March 23, 1983, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. After crossing Canal Street, this train will cross over several tracks of the BN, then several tracks of Amtrak, then a lift bridge across the Chicago River before coming back to land just before the 16th Street Interlocking with the former Rock Island, and later the RTA.
