Album Info:I need help. Can anyone tell me what the letters "HL" in a circle at the bottom middle of a CSX hopper means? I have quite a few pics of cars marked like this and so far, no one can tell me what it means. These cars were part of a very long eastbound loaded coal train behind CSX 8567 and CSX 8394 on the NS mainline in East Chicago on Saturday, January 28, 2012. HELP!!!
