Description:  CBR #3802 has arrived from the PSAP in Elma, WA after being painted by EFX Locomotive Services. The unit is a GP38 converted from a GP40, with the forward radiator fan removed as well as part of the radiator screens.

Description:  I was able to get a good roof shot of the 3802 as the Hauler rolled through Veneta, OR. You can easily see the unique DB fan and plated-over front radiator fan from this angle, the air horn is different, too, it is a Leslie S-3L with all three bells/horns facing forward.
