Description:  One of Tioga Central's Alcos lays over with the excursion consist outside of Wellsboro. This Alco was originaly built for the Washington Terminal and is one of two ex-WT locos on the property. The unit wears a scheme similar to the Lehigh Valley.

The unit still wears Bicentenial paint. Look closely. The D&H markings can still be seen under the Tioga Central letters.
